Gameplay Support
City of Couriers is a courier idle tycoon game. Support can help with general gameplay questions, progression issues, courier upgrades, route behavior, rewards and other in-game systems.
In-App Purchases
City of Couriers may include optional in-app purchases such as in-game currency, boosts, bundles, starter packs or ad-removal options. Purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store payment system.
If you experience a purchase issue, please check your Apple receipt, App Store account status and internet connection. You may also contact Apple Support for billing-related questions.
