By using FamilySync, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. App Purpose

FamilySync is designed to help users organize family tasks, reminders, daily plans and household responsibilities.

The app is provided as a planning and organization tool. Users are responsible for the information they create and manage inside the app.

3. User Content

Users may enter tasks, notes, reminders, names, roles and planning information. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you enter is accurate and appropriate.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

FamilySync may offer premium features through App Store subscriptions or one-time purchases.

• Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple’s subscription rules.
• Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID settings.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. Apple Terms

App Store purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple and may be subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

6. No Warranty

FamilySync is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every specific situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

DarkLag Software is not responsible for missed reminders, incorrect entries, user-created content, device issues, Apple service interruptions or losses resulting from use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
