Users should review any generated or improved text before using it.

Depending on the active app version and selected features, AI Notes may process limited information such as:
- Notes created by the user inside the app
- Selected text submitted by the user for AI assistance
- Device model, operating system version, app version and language settings
- Crash reports, diagnostics and performance information if enabled
- Support messages voluntarily sent by the user
4. AI Features
AI Notes may include limited AI-powered features such as rewriting, summarizing, improving or organizing selected note content.
When the user chooses to use an AI feature, selected note content may be sent to an AI service provider for processing.
Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless they are comfortable with that information being processed for the selected feature.

AI Notes is designed to keep the note-taking experience simple and user-controlled. Where possible, note data is stored and managed on the user’s device.
Some features may require network access, AI processing, App Store services, analytics, diagnostics or support-related functions depending on the active version of the app.
6. Permissions
AI Notes may request device permissions only when required for a selected feature.
- Microphone or speech-related permissions may be requested if voice note or dictation features are available.
- Network access may be used for AI features, App Store services, analytics, diagnostics or support-related functions.
Users can manage permissions at any time through iOS Settings.
7. In-App Purchases
If AI Notes offers paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
DarkLag Software does not collect or store credit card numbers, banking information or full payment credentials.
Purchase or subscription status may be used to unlock paid features and maintain access.
8. Advertising and Third-Party Services
AI Notes may use Apple services and may also use third-party services for AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, advertising or purchase-related functionality depending on the active version of the app.
These services may process technical information only where necessary for the selected feature or app operation.
