Users are responsible for the notes, text, voice content or other information they create, edit or submit inside the app.

Users should not use the app to create, store or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading or infringing content.

4. AI-Generated Output

AI Notes may provide AI-assisted text suggestions, summaries, rewrites or improvements. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a specific purpose.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

5. No Professional Advice

AI Notes is provided as a productivity and note-taking tool. The app does not provide legal, medical, financial, academic or professional advice.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

If AI Notes offers paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases, all payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.

Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.

7. App Availability
