This Privacy Policy applies to FolderFixAI, an iPhone utility app developed by DarkLag Software.

3. Permissions Used by FolderFixAI

FolderFixAI may request access to certain device content only when required for a selected feature.

• Photo Library access may be requested to review photos, videos, similar images, blurry images or media details.
• Contacts access may be requested to review contacts with missing names, phone numbers or email addresses.
• Network access may be used for App Store services, subscription validation, advertising, analytics, diagnostics or support-related functions if enabled in the app.

Users can manage these permissions at any time through iOS Settings.

4. Photos and Videos

If the user grants photo library access, FolderFixAI may analyze media information to display categories such as similar photos, blurry images, large videos or media storage details.

FolderFixAI is designed to show review results inside the app so users can make their own decisions before deleting or organizing content.

We do not intentionally collect the user’s full photo library for unrelated purposes.

5. Contacts

If the user grants contacts access, FolderFixAI may review contact fields to identify entries with missing information, such as missing names, missing phone numbers or missing email addresses.

Contacts access is used only for contact-related app features.

We do not intentionally collect the user’s full contact list for unrelated purposes.

6. Local Processing

Where possible, FolderFixAI is designed to process selected information locally on the user’s device.

Some features may require Apple services, subscription validation, advertising services, analytics, diagnostics or other technical services depending on the active version of the app.

7. Information We May Process

Depending on enabled features and third-party services, FolderFixAI may process limited information such as:

• Device model, operating system version, app version and language settings
• Photo or video metadata required for selected media review features
• Contact fields required for selected contact review features
• Subscription or purchase status if premium features are available
• Crash reports, diagnostics and performance information if enabled
• Advertising interaction data if ads are enabled
• Support messages voluntarily sent by the user

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If FolderFixAI offers premium features, subscriptions or in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

DarkLag Software does not collect or store credit card numbers, banking information or full payment credentials.

Purchase or subscription status may be used to unlock premium features and maintain access.

9. Advertising and Third-Party Services

FolderFixAI may use Apple services and may also use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics or purchase-related functionality depending on the active version of the app.

These services may process technical information such as device type, operating system version, diagnostics, advertisement interactions or subscription status where necessary.
