1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use apply to FolderFixAI, an iPhone utility app developed by DarkLag Software.
By downloading, installing or using FolderFixAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. App Description
FolderFixAI is a utility app designed to help users review and organize selected device content, including photos, videos and contacts.
The app may identify categories such as similar photos, blurry images, large videos or contacts with missing information depending on available features and permissions.
3. User Responsibility
FolderFixAI is a review and organization tool. Users are responsible for reviewing all items carefully before deleting, editing, merging, exporting or organizing any content.
DarkLag Software is not responsible for accidental deletion, unwanted edits, lost files, lost contacts or user-selected actions performed inside the app.
4. Permissions
Some features may require access to photos, videos, contacts, internet connection or other device resources. These permissions are requested through the iOS permission system.
If permission is denied or later disabled, related features may not function properly.
5. No Guarantee of Results
FolderFixAI may help detect similar photos, blurry images, large videos or contacts with missing information, but results may not always be perfect, complete or error-free.
Users should manually review all results before taking any action.
6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
FolderFixAI may offer premium features, subscriptions or in-app purchases. If available, all payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
Subscription renewal, cancellation, billing, refunds and payment handling are managed by Apple according to Apple’s App Store rules.
DarkLag Software does not collect or store full payment card details.
7. Third-Party Services
FolderFixAI may use third-party services for app functionality, analytics, diagnostics, advertising, purchase validation or technical support depending on the active app version.
Use of these services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Acceptable Use
When using FolderFixAI, you agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal, harmful or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, copy or redistribute the app without permission
- Interfere with the app’s security, operation or performance
- Misuse automated tools, premium features or purchase systems
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or platform rules
9. Intellectual Property
FolderFixAI, including its design, interface, branding, text, graphics, logic and related content, is owned by DarkLag Software or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission from DarkLag Software.
10. Limitation of Liability
FolderFixAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DarkLag Software does not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available on all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkLag Software shall not be liable for data loss, accidental deletion, device issues, indirect damages or any loss arising from use of the app.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any updated version will become effective when published on this page.
Continued use of the app after changes are published means that you accept the updated terms.
