Before Moving or Labeling Boxes

PackTag is designed as an organization and label management tool. Users should review box names, item lists, notes and printed labels carefully before relying on them during moving or storage.

DarkLag Software is not responsible for misplaced items, incorrect labels or user-entered information.

Camera and Scanning

QR and barcode scanning requires camera permission. If scanning does not work, please check camera access from iOS Settings.

  • Open iOS Settings
  • Find PackTag
  • Enable Camera permission
  • Restart the app if necessary

Photos and Box Records

Some features may require photo access if you want to attach photos to box records. If photo selection does not work, please review Photos permission from iOS Settings.

  • Review Photos permission
  • Choose the access level you prefer

Payments

PackTag may be sold as a paid app through Apple’s App Store. Billing, refunds and purchase history are handled by Apple.

For billing or refund questions, users should manage purchases through their Apple ID settings or Apple Support.
